Thanksgiving

The girls woke up to Thanksgiving surprises from their grandparents. Then after watching a little bit of the parade, we headed out. We had a wonderful time, although we really missed the family that couldn't be there.  All the little details, the delicious food, the crafts for the girls to do, and the wonderful company made yesterday so special.

 

I hope everyone else had as wonderful of a Thanksgiving as we did.

The Little Ones' Wonderful Winter Day

It snowed. A lot! It was just amazingly beautiful when we awoke. The girls went outside right after breakfast and we stayed out there for as long as possible. Snow angels, snow forts, snowball fights, sledding, and a happy snowman that they ended up painting. I made the girls hot chocolate and we snuggled and watched Garfield and Friends.

I'm not positive, but I am pretty sure that I am the luckiest person alive.....at least days like this make me feel like I am.
